Calorie Intake

Goal:Not to puke

Breakfast: Activia fat free: 70 kcal

Snack: -

Lunch:Iceberg salad (plain): 12 kcal

Snack:1 passion fruit:17 kcal

Dinner: 2 Roggen-Vollkorn Knaeckebrot: 52 + 40 kcal of raw ham.

Snack: 1 pear- 82 kcal!

Total= 273 kcal!

Drank loads of water and had some wonderful Green Tea :*
