Yesterday’s Intake:
Breakfast: Activia Fat free Yogurt: 70 kcal
Snack:-
Lunch: 2 Passion fruits: 34 kcal
Snack:-
Dinner: Lettuce ( No dressing) with 3 mini lamb chops!: 210 kcal!!
Desert: Half of mango: 68 kcal + cheese: 100kcal!
I felt so bad after the dinner that I went to the bathroom and puked everything out :/ It’s the second time this week. I always feel so bad about myself when I do it. But mostly I am scared that my parents will catch me doing it.
